Refund Policy:
-Credit or refund with proof of purchase.
*We MAY provide free return shipping or if your return is the result of our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item (s)).
-If your return is not the result of our error, your "true postate fee" will apply. Once your return has been received, a credit or refund will be issued within 10 business days and an email confirmation will be sent.
*True postage fee. In many cases Golden Seal Herb Appeal will share in your postage cost therefore if you decide to return an item (s) we will charge you for the full cost of shipping.
-With your return, please provide in written format your order or invoice number and the reason you want to return each item (choose one of the following):
*W-wrong item ordered
*N-received item that was not ordered
*M-defective or missing parts
*I-Item did not arrive
*O-other; please describe
-Original receipt
*The original receipt or packing slip required for all returns and exchanges.
-Return & Exchanges period
*Unopened products may be returned within 14 days of purchase with proof of purchase. Shipping fees are non-refundable (unless we make a mistake on our purchase).
-Opened products may not be returned for any reason for health and safety reasons (unless the product is defective; which guarantees you a cost free reshipment of the product or an alternative product).
-A 20% restocking fee is applicable to all returns. This amount will be deducted from the refund amount and shipping will apply.
- Golden Seal Herb Appeal reserves the right to deny any return.
-Risk of loss
*All items purchased from Golden Seal Herb Appeal are made to a pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss of title for such item pass directly to you upon our delivery to the carrier (US Postal Service) and Golden Seal Herb Appeal is not reliable for the order nor has an obligation to refund the order should the order be lost or damaged while in the posession and care of the carrier.
- Golden Seal Herb Appeal may exercise discretion as a one-time courtesy to resend or refund (minus shipping fees) a lost or damaged order in the posession and care of the carrier and predicated upon the customer first filing a claim with the carrier and submitting proof of the filed claim to Golden Seal Herb Appeal.

-Pack your return in the original shipping package
-Include the package slip and return label and indicate the reason for the return.
